About Ready to Return:
The program offers the candidate 10-week stay in the company with the salary and benefits related to the position. The selected ones will work in projects of determined time, related to their areas of expertise, with the right of mentoring, training and immersions for updating and qualification.
1. Managing all the S&D productivity agenda defined: follow up execution, facilitating the projects and removing barriers, raising critical issues, bringing inovative solutions, apporting external knowledge and benchmark as well as supporting the CAPEX prioritizing and approvaling.
2. Seeking for productivity: this role leads the process of finding new productivity initiatives, which can be related to logistics process redesign, warehouse automation and flow analysis, warehouse definition of location and sizing, support of real state search, definition of the kind and quantity of equipment to be used at the warehouse, transportation cost analysis, transportation mode and occupation definition, route engineering, dynamic dispatch, resources optimization (fuel, maintanance), dimensioning the number of direct and indirect head counts for a given operation, studying and selecting a Third Party Logistics Operator.
3. Leading a productivity project: this role is responsible for leading all steps and milestones of a productivity project, since the Business Case elaboration until the accomplishment of all deliverables. Projects can be simple continuous improvement initiatives or can be complex breakthrough ideas, such as Supply Chain Transformation projects.
a. Business Case: to elaborate a business case comparing the As Is and the To Be scenarios, considering all running and one timer costs.
b. Project Approval: to socialize the proposed solution with the main stakeholders involved, elaborate the proper document to approve the project (Opex Request or Capital Appropriation Request) and to present on the official approval foruns.
c. Project Execution: to lead project planning and execution through the envolvement of the necessary operation teams, to design the detailed solution with the teams, to design organization structure teams needed, to define project schedule, to map project risks and elaborate a mitigation action plan, to plan trainning, communications and change management activities along with the right specialists.
d. Go Live: to lead all the activities related to the go live of each required project.
e. Hyper Care: to plan, organize and lead the execution of all activities during the Hyper Care phase (from 1 up to 6 months depending on the project).
In each one of this steps and milestones this role needs to lead by influencing envolved teams such as Warehouse, Transportation, Supply and Demand Planning, Field Control, Supply Chain Finance, Quality, SASS and Security.
