  • Attend regularly scheduled team meetings
  • Leads fellow team members to deliver strong business results
  • Strong communication skills between supply chain functions in order to meet compliance and invoice accuracy targets
  • Fulfill Route Sales Rep orders daily in order to deliver on Platinum Service metrics
  • Unload cardboard and return product from route trucks into inventory. Stacks and bundles cardboard
  • Picks customer orders following a pick sheet or voice pick either full cases using a bulk 24 cart or individual bags on the pre-pick module
  • Loads route trucks with product using roller carts or by hand-balming
  • Review team and individual performance with Shipping Lead and Shipping Resource in order to set up the team for success each day
  • Utilize Master Sanitation Schedule to execute AIB standards.
Identify safety concerns or issues on a daily basis in order to sustain 0 recordable injuries

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, morning and evening shifts
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Steel toed safety boots required
  • Perfect attendance
Experience:
  • Minimum 6 months continuous service with Frito Lay Canada
  • Proficiency with computers, Excel and Word
