Job Description


MEM equipment move implementation leader and change agent. Facilitates move scheduling, work order dispatch, and customer call confirmation. Local process owner for issue resolution. Acts as national account coordinator. Lead staffing requirements, organization and communication. Lead process owner for compliance requirements related to inventory discrepancy resolution, inventory process, equipment transfers and work order dispatch records retention. Supports cross functional (Sales & MEM) and town hall meetings, parts process, and local administrative functions.


  • Support Supply Chain & Selling teams through;
    • Move order entry / paper or paperless
    • Coordinate schedule to meet lead time goals delivering exceptional customer service
    • Ensure equipment is sourced and prepared for installation day and requirements
    • Communicate schedule to all requestors and support personnel
  • Coordinate staffing, run lead time reports, track installation success, resolve failed installs, work with Associate Supervisors to ensure scorecard metric success
  • Assist with period inventory process; data entry, inventory discrepancy resolution, inventory control, equipment sourcing
  • National account process owner
  • Weekly cross functional meeting participation
  • Guide period inventory process; data entry, assist inventory discrepancy resolution and inventory control
  • DOT compliance to include – transport pre-trip/fleet service, hours of service, driver qualification files and safety
  • Kronos Administrator – process payroll
  • Control and compliance reporting/records retention, accrual tracking
  • Support new hire and onboarding process
  • Coordinate period safety meeting, tracks compliance/records retention
  • Support Organization Health meetings
  • Process Capability
  • Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and field performance
  • Ensure all facility documentation is complete and accurate. That all documents are maintained/filed according to records retention policies
  • Use problem solving techniques to improve process execution
  • Strives for continuous improvement in daily work and willing to lead change in operational effectiveness
  • Develop networks to ensure strong relationships exist between supply chain and the selling teams

  • Ensure location meets all environmental and control requirements
  • Provide support for location leadership
  • Perform CESR duties as required; data entry-SRTS, parts, all transfers, physical inventory
  • Support location OSHA audits


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
