Job Description
- Partners to develops SWP design and supports implementation for top markets
- Manages key market SWP projects by conducting interviews with key business leaders, secures and analyzes the relevant people data, identifies outages, and determines feasibility of interventions
- Gather data and prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations
- Analyses on key HR metrics utilizing different tools
- Determines and applies methods of multivariate statistical analysis (e.g., ANOVA, multiple regression, structural equation modeling, trend analyses) to understand business issues leading to action planning
- Identify, design and document process workflows, data models, system decisions, designs and procedures related to HR information systems and related functions
- Perform data analysis as needed using various techniques to reach and support conclusions
- Work with SDTs on variable identification, historical dataset builds, and analysis of past and projected workforce trends
- Works with local businesses to ensure SWP capability is being built over the course of the work and that plans are executed via the design, development and execution of skill-building activities to include training programs, targeting individual development, team and organization wide capability development
- Partner with Talent acquisition and Total Rewards teams on analytics and broad-based attraction, hiring and compensation analysis
- Supports Organizational Health Survey, Manager Quality Performance Index, 360 analysis
- Supports Learning program ROI analysis
Qualifications/Requirements
Credentials/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field of study
- 3+ years of solid data/statistical analysis experience
- Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in an analytical or technical field (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and statistical packages (one of SPSS, SAS, R, STATA, Mathematica, Matlab, etc.) is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other presentation software.
- Proficient in Tableau
- Language ability in: English, Spanish, and/or Portugueses
