Job Description

  • Develop and implement Sourcing strategy for FM category (Cleaning, Security, Waste management and sales, Caterigng) including translating glocal strategy to Russia local market situation (external and internal) with specific focus on localization and forex offset
  • Implement Integrated Category management (ICM) approach. Manage and develop local Suppliers base through ICM. Support sites’ TB teams in best practice sharing, bench marking and ensure compliance to global strategies
  • Map new areas for coverage, work with stakeholders on alignment and support required
  • Look for TCO improvement initiatives, work with suppliers and stakeholders to implement on PSP horizon
  • Develop supplier base and work with stakeholders on business readiness to introduce IFM on PSP horizon
  • Specifically focus on stakeholders earlier engagement, proactively look for alignment process optimizations opportunities, build solid relationship with key stakeholders
  • Apply necessary processes and tools across Russia; ensure solid productivity pipeline (6+% productivity on managed spend) through full involvement of sites and categories expertise and cross functional work streams
  • Execute strategic development of this critical purchasing category to include: Strategic supplier relationship management (SRM), supplier tenders, renegotiations and contract/audit/process compliance.


  • University graduate
  • Strong background in Procurement (5+ years) with proven track record in shared services sourcing
  • Good business accumen, knowledge of financial fundamentals and excellent anylitical skills
  • Overall excellent knowledge of procurement processes and category sourcing approaches in best in class procurement organisations and ability to implement them in complex environment
  • Strong internal customer management skills: capacity to listen, understand and capture internal clients needs and deliver appropriate solutions
  • Sound knowledge of purchasing methodology and purchasing techniques
  • Capacity to build trustful relationship in all levels of organisation
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Languages : fluent English
