Job Description

Main Purpose :

  • Secure strong sales: Secure timely planning and execution of commercial activities according to annual plans to reach volume and profit targets for Finland
  • Drive the local marketing agenda: Be primary agency contact in Finland to drive ATL/BTL agenda together with bottler and agencies delivering: events, local campaign execution, research tasks, design of in-store POS signage & label artwork, share intl POS/tailormade material etc.
Plan for future success: Contribute to strategic planning – support to Commercial Manager in developing strong Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Strategic Plans, 3-year Business Development Agreements etc.. Develop and share best-practice cases

Accountabilities :
  • Drives the daily contact with bottler’s Brand Manager
  • Be primary PepsiCo ATL/BTL agency contact in Finland
  • Responsible for driving local adaptation and execution of ATL/BTL platforms conjointly with bottler and in-sync with Nordic Marketing team
  • Develop strong integrated marketing activation plans/BTL plans for all brands
  • Drive and secure flawless activation of promotions, events and sponsorships
  • Lead on local POS development, digital activation, label changes, in-store execution, innovations etc.
  • Independently lead budget handling including PO creation, accruals, invoice & budget follow up, as well as securing Black Swan principles
  • Actively contribute to business planning through general support to Commercial Manager Denmark/Finland/Iceland developing AOPs, strategic business plans etc.
  • Ensure monthly follow-up on sales performance together with bottler
  • Secure continuous tracking of planned, confirmed, and implemented campaign activities
  • Asses sales efficiency of implemented sales and marketing activities
  • Contribute to strategic planning – support to Commercial Manager in developing strong Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Strategic Plans, 3-year Business Development Agreements etc.
  • Drive selected business development projects
  • Secure strong local market insights on consumer and shopper
  • Develop and share best-practice cases

Qualifications/Requirements

Professional experience/skills:

  • Have minimum 3 years FMCG experience preferably within a top 5 player with branded products
  • Strong commercial capabilities – proven track record in both marketing and sales
  • Good understanding of the Nordic retail environment with focus on Finland
  • Analytical skills – ability to analyze complex situations
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Finish
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience in Nielsen/Gfk retail/consumer tracking
  • Business Degree (BA/BSc. required – MBA/MSc. preferred)
