As part of our production team, you’ll carry out flexible duties in a manufacturing environment working on a continental shift pattern, (4 on 4 off working 12 hour shifts, rotating days and nights). This will involve start up, shut down and operation of equipment, coordination of other team members in the area, sanitation on the line, quality control with ownership of compliance checks and paperwork, seasoning interactions, housekeeping duties to ensure health and safety an hygiene is adhered to and operation in accordance with the site environmental management system. Salary & Benefit Information:
  • Hourly Rate - £8.92 plus shift premium. Pay will increase subject to successful completion of the training programme (approximately within 12-15 months)
  • Competitive Holidays and Pension Scheme


Have you got?
· Experience of working in a team and collaborating well with others to deliver results.
· Good communication skills coupled with the ability to provide clear instructions and coordinate the actions of others.
· A proactive approach and the ability to use your own initiative.
· A “can do” attitude.
· Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience including machine operation.
