Job Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for SAP data integrity, inventory accuracy, material usage variance analysis and forecasting, yield reporting, SOX compliance, period end close processes, and will support the annual self-assessments, internal audits and year-end external audit.

Qualifications/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Complete period end close processes, analyze results, and prepare material usage forecast
  • Support the AOP development, including BOMs, materials, routings, and scrap validation
  • Reconcile finished goods production and shipping - SAP/WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Review finished goods cycle count, monitor performance, and report results
  • Reconcile ADC inventory (sub-ledger) to SAP ECC (book of record)
  • Validate 100% finished good storage locations cycled per policy
  • Review finished goods shipping and receipt variances, and collaborate with Operations to resolve
  • Analyze packaging material and ingredients usage, review variances, and collaboration with operations to remediate any gaps, and scorecard results weekly
  • Maintain finished goods BOM and packaging materials, ingredients status in SAP
  • Validate inbound material receipt SAP transactions and monitor blind count compliance
  • Review and resolve finished goods and semi-finished goods backflush error and implement action plan to improve performance
  • Validate finished goods, packaging materials, and ingredients holds, scrap approval, and SAP processing
  • Reconcile recycled materials rebates
  • Support the annual self-assessments and full physical inventory; remediate gaps
  • Maintain audit readiness by conduct quarterly SOX testing
  • Support the year-end external audit
  • Document assigned procedures, processes, flowcharts
  • Complete assigned government surveys
  • Back-up Yield Analysis, reporting and related SOX testing
  • Other Ad-hoc reporting assigned
Basic Job Qualifications
  • Accounting or Finance degree or pursing the degree
  • Minimum of 1 year accounting and inventory experience, SOX experience a plus
  • Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborative working style; adaptable, open, and professional
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office application; WMS and SAP experience a plus
  • Flexibility to support period, quarter and year end close schedule
