Job Description

This person contributes to the Pepsi Beverages Company success by supporting key Human Resources projects and initiatives for the Upstate NY Market. This position can be based out of the Albany or Syracuse, NY office.

•Lead hourly staffing process to identify new/improved sourcing strategies, create sourcing pools and improve overall time to fill
•Provide general employee relations support including benefits, payroll and employee relations issues
•Provide reporting support for all HR related activities
•Support of the execution of the campus recruiting program
•Provide Support for annual processes (Benefits enrollment, Focal Point, PMP)
•Provide administrative support to the HR Managers and HR Reps
• Assist with various Special/ad hoc projects as needed
•Support all locations within the Upstate NY market working directly with location Administrators and Managers
•Respond to Unemployment Claims timely
•Compliance / legal requirements (personnel files, Kiosks, Unemployment, insurance subrogation, audit support, etc.)
•Demonstrate solid interpersonal and communication skills
•Display outstanding organizational skills and detail orientation
•Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times


•Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
•A minimum of 2-5 years of coordinator and/or administrative experience
•Previous experience working in Human Resources
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Ability to build trust and credibility with people
•Excellent computer skills
•Ability to travel to various locations within Market Unit as required
