Job Description

Field Marketing Equipment Execution

  1. Managing a Group of 12 Service partners across .
  2. Monitoring the customers complaints made at the Cooler call centre, and ensuring that the service franchisee send the technician on time to the shops with the coolers and closed the call as per norms.
Managing the equipment Warehouse
  1. Ensuring proper delivery of coolers as per requirement.
  2. Matching of stock as per inventory.
  3. Retrieval of non operative and other coolers from the market.
  1. Overseeing the role of 2 service supervisors reporting to him.
  2. Ensuring 80% of the calls are closed within 12 hours.
  3. Ensuring 100% satisfaction.
  4. Repeat failure of closed calls to be less than 2%
Control and Audit
  1. Ensuring Availablilty and proper usage of spare parts.
  2. Keeping the call closure paperwork in order.
  3. Ensuring the capability of the technicians at the service franchisee.
  4. Regular distributor and market visits to detect an solve any issues pertaining to equipments.


Market Equipment Executive
Role: Plan and Execute Unit Marketing Equipment objectives for

  • Procurement
  • Deployment
  • Maintenance
  • Control of Marketing equipment (Coolers and Stands)
  • Capability Building of service vendors
Profile of Suitable Candidate
  1. Qualification – BE / B Tech – Mechnical/Electrical/Production.
  2. Company – Service and Repairs division of Samsung, LG, VOLTAS, Whirlpool, Godrej, Videocon, Onida, Haier, Kelvinators, Electrolux.
  3. Experience – Minimum 3 years Plus on payroll. Refrigeration industry preferred.
