PepsiCo is looking for independent, enthusiastic and ambitious interns for the Marketing department, for a period of 6 months starting from August/September, who act as spiders in the web between sales, category management and marketing and who will support their teams in creation and execution of the best marketing plans for various snacks. Within this department, we have four possible positions focusing on the marketing of different products.

Marketing Salty Snacks: In this role, you will be closely involved in the communication campaigns of Lay's, Doritos and Cheetos, and the launch and support of products. This way, you get a lot of insight into the marketing and the day-to-day tasks of a marketing department in an FMCG environment. In short, a good opportunity, that offers a lot of your own responsibility and gives you the opportunity to gain practical marketing experience with a major international brand!

Marketing Quaker: As an intern of the Quaker marketing team, you are responsible for, execution of several brand and shopper/retail marketing activities, assist with the creation of tastings, demo’s, digital campaigns, shop floor campaigns, creating advertisements etc. Next to that, you will be responsible for updating our Quaker websites and to keep track of our New Product Development (NPD) performance using the several available data tools.

Marketing Duyvis: In this role, you will gain experience in different marketing activities around Duyvis, Sunbreaks and Snack a Jacks. You will be responsible for supporting the launch of new products, conducting a variety of campaigns and monitoring and analyzing the market data. This means you will actively think and deploy Below the Line activities, for instance; sampling campaigns, consumer promotions and events, briefing bureaus, setting up and conduct the (re)design of packaging projects and support social media campaigns.

Marketing Beverages: As our Marketing Intern you will execute projects for global brands: Pepsi, 7UP and Mountain Dew. You will provide daily support on marketing activities of all three brands and will be involved in diverse communication campaigns. In this role – where you will be part of the local brand team - you will work closely with our beverage bottling partner Vrumona, with international colleagues and with multiple external agencies, such as activation agents, and our Social Media agency

Who are we looking for?

You are someone who:

• is an WO Bachelor’s or Master’s student or graduated (max. 3 months) oriented towards marketing and has a commercial direction;
• has good knowledge of latest updates within the social media segment;
• has the ability to think outside the box for various projects and generate consumer related content;
• can bring ideas to life – by the way of good communication and team work;
• can confidently take initiative and start your own projects, being organized throughout the process and have a result oriented focus!
• is proactive and has a hands-on, positive mentality;
• preferably has a driver’s license;
• is fluent in Dutch (in both speaking and writing), has a good command over the English language (for all three roles), and preferably also knows French (only for the Salty Snacks role).
