Manufacturing Assistant Supervisor - October
Manageproductionscheduling, compliance with product/ process quality requirements. Manage production troubleshooting and process development
1- Achieving Key Performance Indicators Targets (Production and Changeovers)
2- Review Daily Reports through Shifts
3- Achieving Production Plan according to the Annual Operating Plan according to Daily Plan with Logistics
4- Distributing Quantities and Brands among Lines.
5- Leading the whole Teamthroughtrainings and Instructions to achieve Key Performance Indicators
6- Apply health & Safety standard to ensure the personal and equipment safety & assure continuous check for safe work environment
7- Apply Food Safety & Hygiene standard to assure high-quality product & clean work area
8- Deliver New Hires Orientation and Training
9- Minimizing Cost through decreasing MOH and direct cost
10-Ensuring the Quality & the Food Safety of the Product
11- Finalizing Shift Reports and submitting it to the Production Manager
12- Monthly Reports (Inventory Status) to the Production Manager
13- Daily Reports to the Production Manager " Per Shift"
14- Provide Trainings & Communication for the Daily Labors
15- Responsible for achieving Results for the External Audits ( AIB, FS22000 / QSHA/ IPS/ GEHSMS )
16- Setting a Daily Plan with the Logistics Department
17- Coordination with the Quality & Food Safety Department for any rising issue during Quality Wall meetings or issues related to quality Key Performance Indicators.
18- Follow Chipsy root cause analysis procedure by participating in all related incidents or complaints for the products in his/her area.
19- Follow and implement all quality and food safety procedures (hold & release, traceability, document control, SPC, oil management, PAE, Sanitation, etc.)
20- Coordination with the Maintenance Department to fix any Problem-related totheEquipments.
21- Meeting Daily Schedules – the number of products to be packed, kilo quotas to be reached
22- Maintain Sanitation - meeting company guidelines
23- Minimizing Waste – to maintain the efficiency of operations
24- Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
25- Applying M&W Management system by training FLM & PMO on how to achieve net, True & Material Efficiencies
26- Producing Quality Products – ensuring Frito Lay product maintains high customer appeal
27- Drive AM Zones weekly plan and activities
28- Conduct weekly review with Sub circle leaders to assess progress and agree on actions to apply corrective measures
29- Update activity board results weekly
30- Monitor the Environmental impact & assure better waste management
· Engineering Graduate ( production preferred)
· 1-2 years of Experience in the same field
· Good command of English Language
· Computer proficiency ( Excel-Word-PowerPoint)
· Communication & Leadership Skills
· Decision Maker & Result oriented
