Job Description

  • Define mid term and long-term agenda for NKA business
  • Lead JBPs with NKAs
  • Develop Core channles and NKA Sections of FS Channel SBP including long-term ambition, key strategies, roadmap and key intiatives in terms of Portfolio, Sakes Execution and GTM
  • Own AOP planning and execution for NKAs and Core Channels including C&G
  • Take responsibility for NKA deals and projects in CIS countries when appropriate
  • Input into all relevant internal processes: DMRs, PMRs, PBRs, Stage Gate, FS reviews, F&C project reviews and take relevant follow-up actions
  • Align strategies and design joint MWBs with 5 Category teams
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly target setting for Development and Field teams
  • Align NKA agenda with Global Accounts team in Europe and NY HQ, capture and launch in Russia best practices from other markets
  • Input into capability agenda by delivering content of programs and running training sessions; full responsibility for on-job training and coaching/mentoring of NASMs and KAMs
  • Define and execute NPDs, collaborate with Commercialization, excute fast and smooth launches
  • Own channel profitability agenda and be responsible for delivery of 2020 profit target
  • Own FS CAPEX strategy and defend annual CAPEX requests in Sector
  • Build effective x-functional communication network with all relevant functions – Categories, Finance, MEM, Commercialization, BIS, Logistics, Treasury, Manufacturing, Field, Sales Ops in Russia and Sector
  • Develop KAM talent, lead PPP and Development plans for NASMs and KAMs
  • Align strategic priorities with Regional Field Sales, communicate FS agenda to Field Teams, lead joint performance reviews


  • Sales background in Key Account Management
  • Experience in FoodService of minimum 5 years
  • P&L understanding up to NOPBT
  • Good level of navigation in the organization
  • Fluent English
  • MS Office advanced use
