Job Description

We are looking for an Information Governance Manager to act as main reference for master data management and sales KPI reporting interacting with all functional teams acting & supporting significant number of stakeholders. The role will be responsible for two main areas with her/his team.

Master Data Management:

  • All PepsiCo Customer Database:
    • Ensure the validation of new customers, changes, closings within the SLA
    • Ensure the wellness of integrations between SFA & ERP systems
  • System Definitions (SFA & Fleet Tracking Systems)
    • Ensure the below system definitions are defined correctly and on-time
      • Sellers & Distributors
      • Organization (Chairs, personnel, routes, vehicles)
      • Products, Products & Customer Groups (i.e. point/customer based Sku lists)
      • Surveys, Announcements, Parameters

Information Governance (for Sales & Sales Reporting Systems):
  • Ensure the quality of data related to sales reporting systems, especially in 4D.
  • Ensure that data quality reports are being generated and tracked to guarantee/control data quality.
  • Increase to quality of data related to sales reporting systems, especially in 4D.
  • Increase the coverage and scope of data quality reports to expand data quality.
  • Identify related functions and the responsibilities within these functions (i.e. information guardians) to build a cross-functional virtual team.
  • Implement information governance process with the information guardians.
  • Establish Information Governance Council where data and reporting related issues will be escalated and discussed by the information guardians.
  • Build the mechanisms to harvest all the current issues related to data and reporting from each function.
  • Analyze &prioritize these issues with the information governance council and implement the solutions for the prioritized issues.
  • Be in close contact with IT teams.
  • Reporting Sales KPIs
    • Lead and build infrastructure of core sales KPIs tracking in alignment with sales teams for all channels
    • Develop & manage new mobile reporting infrastructure for Sales KPIs for field sales teams in IPADs


  • Fluent in English
  • Min.5 years of experience in related area (process implementation, IT projects etc.) with min.2 years of management experience
  • FMCG knowledge
  • Proven ability to turn the complex into the simple, to cut through and focus on what really matters and tell simple story
  • High level of business acumen – must be commercially savvy, with strong analytical skills
  • Strong planning, organizing and follow-up skills together with a strong analytical thinking
  • Can do attitude and willingness to take on challenges
