Supply Chain Italy Junior Finance Analyst
PepsiCo has been present on the Italian market since 1960 with today about 200 people and 1 production site owned in Scorzè. PepsiCo Italia operates mainly in the soft drinks sector, since its inception, in particular with the Pepsi brand, sports drinks (Gatorade), Tropicana fruit juice and the cold tea Lipton. You will support the Supply Chain & Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager providing timely, insightful and actionable performance reporting and appropriate analysis on the Supply Chain Financial area. At the same time, you are in charge of supporting Warehouse Manager on receiving, executing and monitoring the activities linked to the new production planning tools (Prolink).
1/Supply Chain Finance analysis
•Provide timely monthly performance reports to local management team covering all key costs drivers
•Deliver robust cost cards (All brands including cans and bricks)
•Deliver robust Gatorade transfer pricing for Europe serving 23 countries Italy included
•Control plant inventories
•Insert price list from supplier
•Report Site costs and Site Scorecard on a monthly basis.
•Lead the KPI report agenda working closely with plants and global metrics team
•Support to category central teams (MOS, Lean, productivity, etc..) with different adhoc reports to follow the status of different key projects or to elaborate different financial analysis
•Support to the plants in the tracking of Lean Projects, validating Green Belt and Kaizen events productivities.
•Capex reporting in Global Brain and Productivity reporting in Power Steeering.
2/ Operational support on Demand Planning
Following the guidelines set by the supply Chain Manager and Warehouse & Planning manager, receive, execute and monitor the activities linked to the new tools (Prolink) related to:
•Verify the correct data passage through the planning systems
•Clean Sales history activity and Forecast optimization.
•Coordinate and Send Production request to copacker
•Coordinate logistic third parties, and send request for re-packing activities, monitoring the correct executions.
