Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be of the North America Beverage organization.

Job Description:

The GEO Customer Development Manager (GEO CDM) will be responsible for assisting in the identification of selling opportunities and for merchandising products across all operating companies of PepsiCo (Pepsi Beverages, Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Tropicana and Quaker Foods). The CDM will be in the market 5 days a week developing existing accounts for our Restaurant, Rec & Retail and Workplace Channels.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
  • Customer development responsibility: selling, merchandising, conducting sampling events and customer training
  • Sell new items (line extensions) for all of PepsiCo’s operating companies
  • Coordinate placement of new equipment and ensure flawless execution of logistics
  • Fill, rotate and face food racks and beverage equipment while maintaining approved plan-o-grams
  • Aid in the effective management of SKU’s and product mix for all assigned customers
  • Soliciting and Acquisition of New Business customers
  • Flawless Execution of all GEO KPI’s
  • Successful candidates will drive volume, revenue and paint the town Pepsi Blue


  • A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to relocate for future roles
