Job Description

The Senior Total Rewards Analyst supports the execution of both salaried annual bonus management for the PepsiCo North America sector (NAB and FLNA) and Corporate functions (~15,000 salaried employees). The position also leads the processing of other quarterly & periodic sales/supply chain bonus programs in North America (~17,000 front-line employees).

Position can be based in White Plains, New York, Plano, Texas, Chicago, Illinois or Mississauga Canada

Specific duties include:

  • Support the execution of the annual bonus process for the NA Food & Beverage Organizations and Corporate functions including bonus system set up, employee communications, manager verification and ensuring accuracy in final payouts
  • Execution of Quarterly bonus processes for US Food & Beverage Organizations including SDL, Food Service and PLCI programs
  • Manage the coordination and execution of the Tech GPA bonus program for FLNA
  • Manage the US & Canada job code bonus eligibility matrix, perform regular audits of bonus targets and partner with HR Operations to ensure job codes are configured correctly in the myHR EC system
  • Manage the red circle process for NA and Corporate; producing employee letters, tracking of start/end dates and inputting to the bonus tool
  • Manage the RDR process ensuring any owed bonus amounts are made to retired or deceased employees
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed to review and finalize bonus team assignments, or to respond to business requests for bonus forecasts
  • Provide policy and program administration education/support to HR business partners on North America Bonus Programs
  • Drive continuous improvement in our processes through identifying errors, recommending solutions, clarifying inconsistencies, and implementing resolutions
  • May assist with Focal Point or Equity review processes during peak cycle times
  • May lead or participate on special compensation projects as assigned by manager


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters a plus. Areas of study may include human resources, business, or finance
  • 4 years’ work experience in HR function, or appropriate combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical, project management and program development skills
  • Computer skills with proficiency in standard office software applications and exposure to HRIS systems. Advanced MS Excel capability is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal presentations
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strategic initiative: ability to identify issues, develop recommendations, sell ideas, and implement the solution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain poised in difficult situations
