Schedule: Sun – Thur. 730 am- 4 pm CT (Flex schedule – see details below)
No Relocation Offered
Percent Travel 0 - 10%

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for ensuring day to day order processing for Frito-Lay North America (FLNA), driving gold standard customer service and maintaining site performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices. The CSR will be expected to partner with other CSRs in the Network as well as with Site Leadership.

The primary business channel and accountabilities for this specific role is AVS/P2P/Bin . However, as the Network CSR team grows and the business continues to change, the CSR will be expected to learn/support other Network CSR business channels.
The primary responsibilities of CSR role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Order Confirmation
  • Order Cleansing
  • Management/Creation of ICRS/Filters
  • Customer Communications
  • Managing Adds/Cuts
  • Communicate on Missing orders Order completion confirmation
  • Partner with Sales teams
  • Backfill vacations for other CSRs
  • Any other Business Channel Order processing as required.
* Flex Schedule:
- The work could begin as early as 7:30 am CT OR end as late as 9:00 pm CT.
- If 5 days are needed, the shift will last 8 hours.
- If 4 days are needed, the shift will last 10 hours.
- The employee will be notified 2 weeks in advance of any changes to the schedule.
- The BASE schedule will be Sun – Thur. 730am- 4pm CT


  • 1 - 3 years of sales/supply chain experience
  • Previous Frito Lay US order management transaction processing experience
  • Frito-Lay Field Sales Operations/Plant experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle, PWM, IPM/ICS
  • Demonstrated Capability of the FLNA SAP solution
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/E-mail capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must hold strong follow up skills and embrace top level service environment
