Job Description

Responsible for the provision of catering and office supplies Services to meet agreed internal customer service levels in a professional and cost efficient manner.
1- Planning catering and office supplies activities in line with company policies and budget in order to provide efficient services for internal stakeholders.
2- Analyze the cost for food preparation and prepare budget accordingly.
3- Advice work tools so as to ensure they are in a good working condition at all times and report any damage to the direct manager.
4- Build high standards for the food preparation and service standards for all food and beverage served across sites.
5- Identify service improvement opportunities and implement actionable plans.
6- Identify cost saving opportunities and realized saving targets along with sustaining quality service.
7- Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard, serving breakfast, lunch and evening meals as per service level agreement, company policy and current legislation.
8- Ensure inventory/stocking of copy centers and facilitate repairing.
9- Plan and configure furniture replacements and needs along with maintaining inventory.
10- Partner with Food Safety to set standards to ensure that the kitchens are always clean and hygienic.
11- Co-ordinate with other sections of company such as supply chain, EH&S, manufacturing and maintenance to ensure that the resources are available.

1. University degree.
2. From 1:3 years similar experience preferably in FMCG or Previous experience of facilities management.
3. Financial and budgeting knowledge.
4. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work on own initiative and within a pressurized environment.
6. Possess leadership abilities and the capability to deal with people at all levels of responsibility.
7. Arabic and English Language proficiency.
8. Proficient with computer usage of Microsoft office.
9. Problem solving skills.
10. Planning and analytical skills.
