Job Description

Realize and support Marketing projects for brand in Russian market, in the frame of the Annual Operation Plan or as an Out of Plan, to achieve brand targets (Share of Market, Sales Volume, Business Contribution). Ensure flawless execution of activities under his/her scope.


  • Assist in the development of brand strategies by gathering, compiling and analyzing the market information available and external sources

Marketing communications/ consumer promotions
Support and execute brand activation plans and brand communication in line with established KPIs, timing and budget in the Russian market:
  • BTL and Promo activities
  • Pack development
  • Coordinate various activities required to execute the plan in cooperation with other departments (sales, finance, operation, R&D, TM etc.) and internal communication
  • Analyze data related to brand projects performance (market share reports, media information, promotion performance) evaluate them and give future recommendations
  • Brand Management
    Manage aspects of a calendar event under clear direction from line mgr (typically pack design, elements of BTL)
Market and Consumer Research data analysis related to brand projects
  • Support market research programs for brand projects
  • Track brand performance against the market plan, competitive intelligence
  • Support SBM in yearly Business reviews

Actively participate in the brand planning process
  • Support SBM to track with S&D, Customer Marketing and Sales teams so that the sales plan can be evaluated (regional and channel analyze)
  • Support the execution of the Stage Gate process for her/his projects
  • Contribute to yearly initiative planning process

  • Fully managing marketing Budget in the frame of each projects
  • Run alignment of budget with finance department on a quarterly basis
  • Ensure Budget compliance

Other formalities
  • Execute purchasing formalities in line with procedure (SAP, tracking…)
  • Communication alignment with external relations and legal departments.
  • Control and coordinate packaging development process full circle


  • University degree, Marketing/Management degree is an advantage
  • 1-2 years marketing experience with major international FMCG companies, preferably Food & Beverages
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Fluent English
