Consumer Insights Manager
The Global Beverage Group Insights team is gearing up to be the most dynamic intelligence unit in PepsiCo. The team is leading the re-invention & digitization of insight and marketing strategy development. There is a fantastic opportunity to be part of revolutionizing a blue chip organization at the highest levels.
This role will be responsible for driving the insights behind the communication & innovation agenda – which includes foundational insights, positioning & communications development and innovation. As part of the global team, our challenge is to both of champion global strategies & executions whilst providing the guidance to improve local markets. A successful candidate will be adept at delivering clear, actionable insights and advocating successfully for their implementation.
- Minimum 6 years in insights, planning and/or marketing consultant roles, with experience in custom qualitative and quantitative consumer research. 2+ years working with CPG brand preferred
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams; experience working in global role a plus.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree. Advanced Degree a plus.
