Job Description

  • Prepare consolidated and separate company federal income tax returns.
  • Prepare unitary, combined and separate state income and franchise tax returns and quarterly estimated tax for US entities.
  • Aid in the preparation of the federal and state R&D tax credits
  • Assist with federal, state and local tax audits for income tax.
  • Aid in the forecast of the effective and cash tax rates for planning and quarterly reporting.
  • Aid in the preparation / review of quarterly and year-end income tax provision (ASC 740 reporting).
  • Assist in special projects and tax planning analysis
  • Research various domestic and international tax issues
  • Respond to notices and internal inquiries on tax matters
  • Stay informed about the Company's ongoing business activities and results of operations in consideration of tax implication.


  • BA or BS in Accounting or Finance, Masters in Tax or Accounting a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years tax experience.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
  • Strong ability to communicate.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change.
  • Desire to grow career in dynamic tax department.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Onesource Income Tax.
