Job Description


Compliance & Ethics Associate Analyst supporting North America

We are looking for someone to be part of our fast-paced, dynamic & highly collaborative North America Compliance & Ethics (C&E) team, specifically to be engaged in the following:
  • Primary responsibility for the data integrity of the PepsiCo ethics hotline Case Management system, including all new matter input and closures of ethics hotline calls (“Speak Ups”) and other potentially significant violations of the PepsiCo Code of Conduct (Volume of over 3000 annual hotline call matters)
  • Primary responsibility for all ethics hotline analytics and reporting, including quarterly & monthly sector/regional reports providing metrics and trend analysis on a function, case type, outcome or disposition basis according to different sector, regions, markets or locations.
  • Primary responsibility for the data integrity in the Case Management system for all North America conflicts of interest disclosures including opening, tracking and closing (Approximately 450 disclosures yearly).
  • Provide out of office coverage for North America analysts including distribution of all new ethics hotline calls
  • Respond to all North America sector corporate audit and employment law reporting requests
  • Work collaboratively with the Global C&E team on projects or other assignments from the Chief C&E Officer and/ or Sector C&E Officer
  • Primary responsibility for tracking of remediation actions as a result of ethics investigations

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and slides including multiple presentation formats such as pie charts, line graphs, tables & bar charts.
  • Very strong (“power user”) of Excel & PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 year prior experience in Legal, Control, HR and / or Internal Audit preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple, deadline-driven priorities in a fast-paced work environment; willingness to work late as may be required at times
  • Analytical and probative nature is required
  • Self-starter and team player with flexibility to take on challenges at busy times
  • Process oriented & highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills across all levels of employees
  • Previous systems and database management preferred
  • Possesses high level of discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
