The Quaker team at PepsiCo, are on the lookout for a Grains Analytics Insights Manager with fantastic technical know-how and a passion for business intelligence to join our Western Europe Insights team.

Your passion will be understanding and championing analytics and influencing decisions driven by robust data understanding. You will strive for rich insight to provide ‘one truth’ business performance diagnostic, strategic growth plans and advanced analytics. You will be the business intelligence partner to key senior stakeholders, synthesising the complex market picture into a simple and compelling story that gives clarity of the diagnostic, thus improving the confidence and speed of business decision making. You will oversee the Nielsen and Kantar day to day supplier management, with a focus on improving efficiency & quality of delivery and transformation of tools and processes to support the advancement of key analytics priorities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead systemization of market share & marketing activity performance and bring focus to performance metrics and clarity on cause of change/drivers
  • Deliver analytical assessment of performance and forecast success in the future for strategic planning processes
  • Lead any required ad-hoc performance teardown with clear interpretation and implications to drive informed decision-making
  • Maximise innovation launch success and ROI via ownership of tracking of all innovation and campaign activity which results in clear call to action/ course correction as required
  • Strongly inform and influence annual planning
  • Build advanced capabilities that drive efficiency and automation of our tools and processes
  • Build advantaged insights which increase our influence with key customers
  • Manage day to day ROI and budget productivity with our agencies


Key experiences:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to clearly distil complex data and communicate/influence senior stakeholders
  • In-depth understanding of key Analytics data sources/methods/process, primarily Performance & Drivers teardown & Situation assessment
  • Strong project manager, able to manage multiple stakeholders on tight and/or moving timetables
  • A self-starter, with the ability to work independently & capable of managing their own agenda within a complex, fast paced environment
  • Strong communicator, willing to stand by own point of view and substantiate with evidence
  • Line management and proven development/ coaching skills preferred

Qualifications/ requirements:
  • Numerate and highly articulate
  • Excellent technical capability
  • Ideally strong FMCG experience
  • Highly competent analytically, power user of core sales and shopper data sets (Nielsen, Kantar) – ideally experience of Nielsen Answers; Advanced Excel user
