Job Description


  • This role leads the strategic development, the Sector-OU capability building, and the Central Service delivery for the eCommerce channel across LatAm. It will drive the OU/MU local execution of the defined plans. Its objective will be to ensure EC becomes a key growth driver for the sector, enhancing our market share and profitability and position PEP’s EC as a competitive advantage in our WCCE. The biggest challenge will be to drive this longer-term agenda across the Sector at senior level, against shorter-term priorities, locking/accelerating focused resources/support behind this key strategic pillar.
  1. Define Strategy and be the COE Leveraging global expertise, building the foundation & driving sector alignment for Ecommerce:
  • Leads OT Strategy LatAm development of annual operating plan (AOP) for eCommerce and Digital Sales.
  • Build the Foundation for profitable relationships with Customers: Customer Selling Principles and Terms & Conditions.
  • Drives Sales Team training agenda on eCommerce and Digital Sales portfolio and targeted opportunities while improving the wider team understanding. (Capabilities)
  • Build successful capability tools and share best practices along the region and bottlers via innovative ideas, concepts and programs to effectively manage Ecommerce commercial relationships in Global and Regional Key Accounts. Provide Playbooks, Frameworks & methodologies to OU's. Research along with global for best practices and install them in the Regions / CUs. (Toolkits & Best Practices
  • Ensures learnings are captured and incorporated into business strategy and future customer business plans
  1. Facilitate deployment of strategy/plans, drive strategic partnership & robust 360 networking, Collaborating extensively with Sales leadership, cross-functional and cross-divisional business partners to develop and execute the multi-year, strategic customer agenda.Leads digital joint business strategic plan to drive visibility, sales, and shopper engagement across eCommerce and Digital Sales business
  • Cultivates an active network, proactively building and maintaining relationships to promote eCommerce and Digital Sales objectives internally and at customer level.
    • Partners with Shopper Marketing and Digital Marketing executives to deliver digital joint business plan (JBP) and wider campaign execution
    • Works with Consumer Insights Team to measure and optimize the return on investment (ROI) of Digital Sales objectives
  1. Provide Central Services & SLAM Driving efficiencies & consistency on specific services and capture OUs ad hoc opportunities:
  • Provide SLAM services for Ecommerce Negotiation across LATAM.
  • Facilitate Ecommerce Channel & partner with Customers for Innovation “Incubation”.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Professional / Bachelor degree
  • English: fluent professional.
  • Master degree in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Experience in Latam in CPG Company.
  • Experience in Ecommerce (mandatory)
  • Understanding and experience of JBP and strategic selling with top tier B2C companies
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of channel key profit levers
  • Ability to understand how value is created for consumers and retailers
  • Able to work in matrix organization with strong influence skills to drive multi-countries agendas
  • Strong presentation skills - presenting recommendations for a senior audience Build winning relationship, influence others to act and networks to achieve results
