Learn the Sales Model of Canada’s Largest Snack Food Manufacturer
Learn about PepsiCo from the ground up in your first two weeks as you shadow frontline sales representatives
Analyze sales data, market trends, and in-store promotions to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities.

Discover the daily undertakings of a District Manager while shadowing him or her over your next two weeks with us
Work closely with our Leadership Team throughout your term as you provide direct support to their roles

Make an Immediate Impact
Your next three months will be focused on impacting the business through:
Leveraging your leadership, analytical skills, and knowledge of PepsiCo to excel at projects that will drive results with our most important customers
Developing your sales and negotiation skills by working with large customer accounts

Qualifications:

Completion of second or third year of a Business Degree
High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time
A skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front line to executive
Valid, full driver’s license, with a flawless driving record
A self starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule
