Job Description

The Manager, Financial Analysis is primarily responsible for reviewing sustainability reporting, communications document, various board letter, board deck and stockholder/analyst presentation.Additionally, the Manager will be overseeing Nutrition and Working/non-working A&M submissions.

Financial Analysis:

  • Act as primary contact for review of communications documents, including speeches, press releases and website stories
  • Review investor presentations
  • Review various board materials
  • Oversee Nutrition and Working/non-working A&M submissions. Review and analyze information for reasonableness
  • Prepare Quality of Earnings summary for quarterly Audit Committee deck

Sustainability Reporting:
  • Act as primary contact for review of sustainability reporting, including:
  • CSR Report
  • GRI Report
  • CDP Reports
  • Ensure that sectors review individual country sustainability reports as needed and provide guidance to sectors on how to review them

Financial Reporting:

SOX:

  • Ensure all SOX workstreams and documentation related to areas of responsibility are complete

Other:

  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline current financial analysis processes
  • Ad Hoc analysis as required
  • Special Projects

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA
  • 6+ years relevant financial accounting/reporting experience
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP
  • Knowledge of PepsiCo’s accounting consolidation system (HFM)

Additional Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Masters in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Public accounting experience with Big 4 firm
  • HFM experience
