As Brand Manager you have the translation of the strategies into actionable plans that maintain momentum and drive sustainable growth. This role includes management of multiple consumer touch points for the brand Lipton Ice tea and unique experience to work in Joint Venture PepsiCo Lipton International crossing two corporate cultures PepsiCo and Unilever.
- Deliver sustainable growth of Ice tea business in Russia & Lipton BH KPI's
- Contribute and execute annual Lipton Ice tea plan
- Manage briefing, development and execution of all BTL activations for Lipton Ice tea: sampling, events, national consumer promos, Taylor-mades activations for Biggest National Key accounts such as Magnit, X-5, Dixi, etc.
- Drive Lipton Ice tea digital agenda and e-commerce
- New product development
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, Insights, SC to implement brand strategic plans
Qualifications / Requirements
- Min. 2 years in Brand Marketing with proven business results
- Good analytical skills (sees connection in data, trends, quickly analyzes complex problems)
- Fluent English, strong presentation skills
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Demonstrates willingness to take on challenges
- Team players and good networker, high energy profile
- Willingness to stay in BM role to broaden functional experience for at least two years
