Job Description

1. Pilot and implement solutions for GTM and RTM systems addressing market and structural performance changes in region

2. Manage implementation of standards and tools

3. Control GTM/RTM model efficiency by constant analysis of structure, sales KPIs and route productivity, carrying out changes according to market requirements / region infrastructure for the purpose of AOP and IGP execution

  • Higher Education
  • Total Sales experience 10+ years
  • Demonstrated ability to set company direction - 5+ years experience in formulating Strategies and Plans to meet business objectives
  • Sales skills/knowledge – negotiation and presentation skills, leadership competence, customer management, communication skills, analytical skills, IT tools and PC user, basic financial, conflicts management
  • Experience in sales in FMCG company on managerial position as unit manager or channel manager & a track record of strong frontline management experience
  • Managerial experience - supervision of sales team of <30 person
  • Availability of business trips up to 70% of working time
  • Proven Critical Experience in i) different categories sales management, ii) in different GTM systems, iii) in Sales Operations
  • Track record of delivering consistent & predictable operating results
  • Successful experience in P&L accountability / management
  • Ability to manage intense complexity while maintaining composure
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate direction & set the climate of the company
