- Select territory within megacity Moscow and inform Future Brands team about newly opened areas and chains as a potential for growth.
- Select and immerse in trending city parts usually territory important for potential active account growth, Future Brands presentation for independent clients and listing.
- Delivery of agreed Brand/SKU distribution targets. Special targets: daily visits plan-fact (daily/weekly), OSA in stores (weekly/monthly), weekly writeoffs (depends on client and SKU).
- Brand execution in line with London Future Brands Playbook
- Full ownership of journey planning for Customer visits in your territory
- Manage in-outlet volume, distribution, fixture visibility, promotional execution and secondary displays within your customer base
- Relationship building at outlet level to help deliver Future Brands ambitions.
- First class Customer relationships with select “lighthouse customers”
- Expert insight into MegaCity AFH market incl emerging trends and new outlets
- Knowledge of the FMCG and OOH market (desirable)
- Have a Driving licence
- Higher Education
- Knowledge of MS Office is a must
- Experience as Sales Rep in a FMCG or premium category from 2 years
- Existing or potential to quickly develop first class selling skills
- “Living” emerging consumer trends , neighbourhoods across city
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to connect and influence a wide variety of decision makers – focus on flexibility of style
- Experience of working to targets
- A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
- Perseverance and resilience in the pursuit of goals – innovative solutions
- Responsible and ethical behaviour towards customers, suppliers and others in the organisation
- Independent and pro-active individual who can work with minimal supervision
- MegaCity Moscow based and good knowledge of the city.
