The NAB Fleet team is a high-performing team, responsible for executing strategies that guide and influence productivity, cash flow benefits, investment/capital needs. The Market Fleet Manager will provide field leadership and support. This key leader will collaborate on long-term strategy for the largest private fleet in North America. The Market Fleet Manager, based in Livingston, LA will provide leadership, planning, development and control of the Mid-South and Louisiana Markets for NAB’s South Region.


  • Provide leadership and support to Market Fleet Operations team of Supervisors, Technicians and Coordinators to deliver a Safe, Compliant, Reliable and Cost Effective Fleet Operation.
  • Establish a collaborative and effective partnership with all departments and functions.
  • Implement tactics and processes to reduce cost and improve service.
  • Develop Intergraded Fleet Business Plan for Market and align with Business Partners to ensure success in Go To Market, Transport, MEM, Warehouse Operations.
  • Champion People and Capability development with Teams
  • Identify opportunities, develop action plans, and lead project material development.
  • Leverage analytical competencies to provide new insights on supply chain operations.
  • Support creation and implementation of annual operational plans
  • Support the development and execution of the Strategic Planning processes for the function.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate the fleet service performance and priorities.


  • Proven experience in leading complex Supply Chain operations with a record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated capability in Supply Chain functions, technical understanding of fleet maintenance and repair, automotive repair and or logistics.
  • Advanced communication skills to positively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Creative Problem Solving: Ability and passion for creative, out of the box thinking to develop and vet solutions for the business, as well as a willingness to question the status quo and generally accepted beliefs.
  • Influencing & Communication Skills: Possess the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbal and written; ability to influence others and communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect.
  • Entrepreneurial or Business Development Mentality: Beyond basic fleet, candidate must exhibit experience in driving action against the supply chain to execute key initiatives.
  • Analytical Rigor & Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and ability to conduct in-depth analytic work.
  • Structured & Logical Thinking: Ability to define business problems and frameworks, and discern what is important.
  • Project Management Capabilities: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple stakeholders to high quality output against regular deadlines.
  • Passion for the Consumer and for Consumer Packaged Goods: An ongoing desire to make one of the world’s strongest CPG companies even stronger and experience developing growth strategies leveraging consumer insights.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated, high energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: Awareness of emerging trends and competitive activity in the marketplace.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understand cultural and social differences in key markets and potential secondary markets.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in related industry
