Trade Marketing 市场推广
- Responsible for the development of specific customer annual / quarterly / monthly plan

- Assist Trade Marketing Manager in trade plan sell in and evaluation

- Work with BU Marketing team to drive brand or package initiatives at specific customers and distributors

- Track, report and share results with customers and distributors

- Assist Trade Marketing Manager in strengthening Health and Wellness Strategy

- Ensure implementation of PGSB Merchandising Standard for distribution, pricing & shelving

- Ensure accurately & timely communication flow with field force on initiatives, final plans & support

- Monitor, analyze and share results of key customer marketing programs

- Facilitate trade marketing Best Practice Tool development and sharing

- Monitor the marketing program development & execution

- Assist in enhancing the business model of “Right Choice Distributor”

Support National Campaign and Channel Merchandising Initiatives支持全国市场活动和渠道营销计划
- Support Trade Marketing Manager on national campaign and channel merchandising initiatives development

- Work with vendor and distributor teams on national campaign and channel merchandising programs execution and evaluation

Qualifications/Requirements

• University graduate or above, major in Marketing
大专以上学历,市场营销专业
• 3-5 years of progressive sales or marketing experience, FMCG experience preferred
3-5年销售或者市场的工作经验,快速消费品行业最好
• Provide direction and support to analysts in regards to project and insight development

• Support field sales team by delivering capabilities on product and category reviews to data insights and analysis

• Assist in development of divisional strategy planning and AOP delivery
