Your future accountibilities...

Talent Development


• Full execution of local PMP Cycle (Objective setting, MYC, YE), including support for consolidating, calibrating and finalizing ratings
• Run the local implementation of feedback/assessment tools such as PEPL, Hogan, 360, LeAD to improve capability of Managers and Leaders in BU
• Set up and facilitate PPP Sessions to enable HRBP’s and Mgrs to conduct TM discussions
• Accountability for the analytics and data integrity needed to support the Talent Management life cycle and PPP
• In partnership with the HRBPS set up and conduct local Telent Reviews as a follow-up after the PP process to track progress
• Provide HR systems acumen for PMP and PPP processes
• Collecting, maintaining and providing data for Talent Management reports and scorecard

Learning & Development


• Execute trainings calendar, including preparing and providing local language training materials, running appropriate training sessions, booking venues, inviting delegates, co-ordinating facilitators, communicating with participants’ line managers, preparing and distributing course materials and pre-work ahead of programs, managing waiting lists and cancellations, communicating with vendors
• Retain a library of training materials by each training program
• Answer queries on content and suitability of programs against development needs
• Track programme participation and capture participant data to inform ROI calculations at the end of the year
• Distribute feedback questionnaires post each training intervention, update facilitators once completed and keep an aggregated summary of feedback through the year to conduct evaluations of training interventions
• Research potential venues and vendors to meet training requirements and ensure all relevant contracts are in place; build a library of information on preferred suppliers
• Build relationships with external providers
• Track Learning & Talent Development spend, manage the payment processing of external vendors and venues to ensure prompt payment and process cross-charges throughout the year; keep Manager updated on spend
• Collecting, maintaining and providing data for Trainings database, reports and scorecard Learning & Development (cont.)
• Manage LMS (MyLearning) and be the key point of contact for providing guidance on system; Support in the execution of Functional Universities (HR , Marketing, Finance)


Change, Culture and Engagement

• Contracts with HRM of Change/C&E and HRBPs to deliver Change plans that are relevant to the business.
• Measures effectiveness of change interventions, leading to change adoption
• Implements Change Management frameworks, approaches and tools developed by CoE
• Contracts with HRBP and Manager to support Change initiatives within BU/Region/Function
• Defines key change roles for an initiative and coaches and assesses leaders on their change roles throughout the change
• Facilitates sessions with leaders and teams at various levels to educate them on the change process, change concepts, typical reactions to change and the basics of change leadership
• Partners with Change CoE to build capability in self, HRBPs, stakeholders in the BU
• Deliver, COE Culture and Engagement Initiatives ( OHS, Pulse Surveys , D&I, R&R etc) and change plans that are relevant to the business
• Support all coordination upon Execution of Internal Communication (Newsletter, Town hall, PepsiCo Breakfast, Announcements, GM Letters, Videos etc)
• Support on new Org changes & Structures
• Support on external networks building (GPTW, Top Employer, University connections etc)
• Support all CSR Activities that promote employee solidarity, bonding & Employer Branding.

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • High level of English and very good verbal skills (written and oral) in local language (Czech)
  • Advanced computer skills: Excel, PPT
  • Experience in working in a multi-national environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Internal Communications/Learning and Talent Management/Core Processes
  • Preferably experience from FMCG
  • Well-developed communication skills, skilful networker, comfortable in cross cultural collaborative communities
  • High level of business acumen, strong analytical skills
  • Ability to Influence and Impact people without exercising formal power
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility for growing and improving our business through high energy and motivation in the role
  • Has experience from setting up learning calendar and coordinating it, delivering training sessions and budgeting for department
  • The ability and proven experience with working in a matrix structure (to be oriented in a complex, broad and diverse organization within a matrix structure)
  • Excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and peers
  • Acts as an example, and lives the company’s values
