• Guarantee the best media mix recommendation considering market, competition, cost, target and minimum threshold.
• Align and analyze media plans together with the advertising agencies, delivering the whole strategy. (including briefing, media plan recommendation, approval and checking)
• Accountability for media budget to ensure the best balance between investments.
• Develop and deliver strong competitors analysis to support brand decisions.
• Improve negotiation levels.
• Drive forward synergy opportunities cross-categories.
