Job Description

Implement compensation strategy and implementation to Operations, Functions and Beverage, processes and resources in order to drive business performance & transformation.This role is responsible for executing the CAM frontline operations compensation strategy in line with the broader Total Rewards strategy. This position collaborates with TR COE LatAm and Global FrontLine Compensation COE to ensure that frontline Operations compensation programs are aligned with the strategic goals of the company.

  • Develops the strategy of total compensation for operations: Staff and Field employees
  • Design, redesign and implement variable compensation programs for Operations Positions
  • Deliver COE TR tools and processes that are relevant to the business and measure their effectivenes
  • Responsible for executing the global Frontline Operations Compensation strategy in line with the broader Total Rewards strategy
  • Provides technical support to the Operations, Functions and Beverage VP: Structure, Valuations, Job offers, etc
  • Ensures seamless alignment of compensation designs, policies and processes with COEs guidelines.
  • Implements tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness in operations compensation that are globally and locally relevant and manages applicable vendors
  • Assesses the impact of changing requirements in competitive and regulatory environments on C&B plans and participants, and makes recommendations to COE to improve processes or programs
  • Supports Authority request process for Operations
  • Leads market benchmark analysis so as to provide insights on Compensation and Benefits competitivity for Operations, Functions and Beverage


  • Demonstrated thought leadership in Frontline Operations Compensation
  • Ability to set strategic priorities/objectives
  • Ability to translate business context/needs into Compensation design
  • Leadership skills;

  • Consultative skills – partnering with others to determine appropriate solutions to business needs
  • 6+ years relevant Compensation experience, including direct experience with Frontline compensation designs
  • College degree in Industrial Relations, Administration or similar
HR Systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office
