Demand Xcelerator is a team that represents a transformation of Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership, and Space Engineering resources to support Sales and Marketing plans for enterprise, national, and regional customers across the PepsiCo portfolio. This approach allows us to build best-in-class capabilities, develop deep functional expertise, and offer focused programs to drive growth with our customers. The Demand Xcelerator will help PepsiCo provide our customers cutting edge data and insights, as well as, personalized solutions to drive incremental growth for both our customers and PepsiCo.

Great opportunity to join a PepsiCo Customer Team directly supporting the Category Leadership agenda at Albertsons Cos. This role will lead strategy development and business intelligence support across the entire PepsiCo portfolio. The primary objectives of this role are to drive accelerated growth, market share gains, and elevate our customer partnership through the development of actionable Shopper and Customer insights.

  • Provide analytics and insights to support both PepsiCo internal strategic planning and external joint business planning with Albertsons Cos
  • Conduct Albertsons Cos National, Divisional and Shopper based decomps to identify the most critical ‘problems to solve’ and develop action plans to capture growth opportunities
  • Lead the Shopper Marketing Post Promo Analysis (PPA) process for Albertsons Cos nationally including Albertsons National Events and PepsiCo Better Together programming
  • Develop total PepsiCo team capabilities understanding and leveraging Loyalty Card data as part of the Albertsons Shopper 360 program
  • Develop, maintain and communicate performance via actionable reporting tracking tools
  • Lead administrator on Albertsons Cos Shopper data platform and other major data initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA degree preferred
  • 5-10 years' experience in CPG and Category Management
  • Highly skilled in syndicated data sources with previous Loyalty Card analytics experience
  • Skilled presenting to Senior Executives, both internally and externally
  • Strong project management skills, ability to thrive in a matrix environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively to drive insights to action
  • Business relationship management in a previous advisor based role
  • Strong organization and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, Tableau experience a plus
  • Must be willing and able to travel 15% of the time
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
