Job Description

The HR Operations Senior Analyst is a key member of the North America Total Rewards Team and is responsible for supporting the Frito-Lay sector in the US.
The HR Operations Senior Analyst provides support of Frito-Lay US business transformation projects and compliance work. Key duties are to collaborate with business project teams, global HR ops and IT to navigate the Change Request process and deliver new capabilities to the business. The HR Operations Senior Analyst will ensure Employee Central and SAP-HCM are configured correctly, downstream systems are prepared to receive new data, and employee data is updated. In addition, the HR Operations Senior Analyst focuses on driving data quality with an emphasis on compliance, and leads one-time projects as needed.
The person filling the HR Operations Senior Analyst role must be able to set the agenda for assigned responsibilities by:

The HR Operations Senior Analyst must be able to:
  • Demonstrate program oversight and project management capabilities
  • Embody a process management orientation to ensure HR processes and transactions are designed efficiently
  • Adhere to strict timelines and prioritize effectively to ensure timely project completion
  • Interact with “customers” to understand needs and requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion
  • Analyze data to 1) identify data updates needed to achieve specific outcomes, 2) verify data integrity and 3) assure payroll accuracy
  • Interact with technical resources that support the HR systems to troubleshoot issues and implement added system functionality
  • Instruct others in how the HR data is managed and how to execute the processes with high levels of accuracy
  • Assist HR in submitting security requests

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Project management experience
  • Ability to leverage HR systems and processes to achieve business objectives
  • Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the business; both verbally and written
  • Function independently with minimal direction; ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to complete highly complex tasks in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years in system/data analysis
  • Understands the Frito-Lay business to assist in interpreting and fulfilling business requests
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Ability to create efficiency in processes across a large organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation
  • Minimal travel is required (average 1-3 trips annually)
