Job Description

Commercial

  • Works closely work with line manager to focus the required internal resources against specific goals
  • Develop new and fresh strategies to respond to client concerns/needs and meet budget guidelines;
  • Analyze market needs; develop specific account strategies to constantly grow the category
  • Propose new products to clients using entire data sources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations;
  • Identify account distribution opportunities, resolve void issues;
  • Increase accounts revenue and identify fresh business opportunities adhering to given budget structure;
  • Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service;
  • Maintain steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, door volume, visibility materials roll-out;
  • Develop relations between company and client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems.
  • Provides high level of input, research and analysis for customers business reviews preparation;
  • In charge with building/providing both ad hoc and pre-established sales reports:
  • Sell out reports- consolidates information received from customers/field intelligence, adapts to a standardized form, constantly elaborates conclusions and key highlights
  • Partner with trade marketing and commercial governance for promotions pre and post evaluation. Evaluates market reactions to trade promotions and reports on the results in order to ensure the timely adjustment of the strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • With KAM guidance builds up and constantly update promotional plan/customer (monitoring progress, effectiveness as well as competition actions) extracting main conclusions and learnings;
  • Forecasts and tracks key account metrics-monitors the execution/implementation of agreed/negotiated counterparts: listings, secondary placements, quality of leaflets appearance, promotional plan, and implementation of merchandising standards
  • Ensures CDA budget compliance;
  • Plans steadily and arranges work efficiently. High autonomy and decision power attributed by line manager so as to promptly and efficiently respond to customers’ needs and business matters.

Administrative
  • Assists Key Account Managers in most of day to day administrative tasks internal and external (prepares customers all logistics/operational details to be sent to customers: price lists, logistics forms, promo forms);
  • Ensures timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Checks and maintains record of service invoices from accounts ensuring budget/contract compliance as well as proper internal booking of expenses;
  • Responsible with fulfilling and monitoring the promotional calendar for customers;
  • Interact regularly with top accounts related to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability (partner with supply chain);
  • Ensures constant communication of promotional activities/initiatives to field OT;
  • Liaises with other support departments (production, logistics, operations) for solving adjacent matters

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
• University degree
• Proficiency in English
• 1-2 yrs Commercial experience (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing) or Financial analysis
• Strong Excel & Office package knowledge mandatory;
