Job Description

  • Analyses SDT field data to generate summaries to measures the impact of learning and training investments on business outcomes, including creating business cases and measuring return on investment
  • Preparations the report of the training plan realization on regular basis.
  • Manages filling report. Submits the report to manager
  • Provides analysis data (e.g. training participation analysis)
  • Organizes effective reporting process for all directions , including tracks program participation and capture participant data to inform ROI calculations at the end of the year, distributes feedback questionnaires post each training intervention, updates facilitators once completed and keep an aggregated summary of feedback through the year to conduct evaluations of training interventions
  • Manages LMS (MyLearning) and be the key point of contact for providing guidance on system usage for Russia, CIS + Ukraine population; liaise with Hewitt and L&D CoE/Corporate to ensure LMS is functioning and up to date; complete all relevant steps to obtain and maintain GateKeeper certification
  • Provides efficient data to manager for budget process according to L&D key priorities: analyzes L&D spending, in partnership with finance makes forecasts for Head of L&D


  • Experience coordinating HR processes, ideally in the L&D environment
  • Strong analytical skills – can see connections in data / transform data into meaningful insights
  • Ability to establish plans and manage through execution
  • Excellent prioritisation skills to complete multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skill both verbal and written across all levels within the business
  • Ability to work within fast paced, collaborative, matrix environment
  • Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity
  • Strong computer literacy including the use of MS Office and proficient ability to manage Learning Management Systems, e.g. MyLearning
