Job Description

  1. Develops training facilitation calendar based on results of training needs analysis and ensures that resources effectively used through the year
  2. Communicates and delivers learning interventions in accordance with business strategies and supports of the L&D plan: facilitates existing Leadership and Core professional skills trainings; supports local HR in delivery of business-driven tools
  3. Manages and develops team of Trainers: aligns their monthly agenda; reviews results on weekly basis; provides regular field coaching & feedback
  4. Supports the institution of internal trainers, making sure there are enough internal trainers available for internal Core Curriculum, proper employees are nominated as internal trainers, and all trainers are properly trained and assessed
  5. Participates in train the trainer sessions for newly developed learning initiatives targeted professional population and implement these in BUs
  6. Provides information on internal trainers project to all stakeholders and updates our approach to meet requirements of the business
  7. Manages Internal trainers from business and have overall accountability for their output and quality of service
  8. Organizes and facilitates Cross-BU programs to ensure efficiency
  9. Delivers constant improvements in the quality of the internal trainings, obtains feedback and monitors effectiveness of the process
  10. Collaborates with other facilitators to leverage existing programs, tools and create best practices
  11. Customizes learning offerings to meet local business needs (be minimized)
  12. Measures success of learning interventions/programs – Quality, effectiveness, ROI, timeliness
  13. Leads process of content management. Manages effectivness of programmes and adapts content
  14. Answers queries on content and suitability of programs against development needs
  15. Manages to a library of training materials by each Leadership training program.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience of delivery of learning interventions, which increase job readiness and promote career development, productivity and individual/team performance
  • Knowledge of methodology working with groups
  • Excellent facilitator and trainer
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels in the organization applying an inclusive approach
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to balance numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel (approx. 50%)
  • Fluent English
