Job Description

Roles:

Manageable sales execution. Deliver sales revenue and profit as plan. Efficient budgeting for activities and accountability on client management included coaching sales team

Accountabilities:

Business Development

  • Business execution with Distributor for company strategic and direction to drive performance achieving on AOP budgeting
  • Efficient development on distributor’s infrastructure
  • Efficient on company cascade to sales front lines and customers
  • Discipline on data input , evaluation and enable to transform to execution plan
  • Coaching and development local staff and enable to lead team for market execution
  • Plan, check and monitoring all operation with preventive and corrective action
  • Be execute standard merchandising guideline with sales team
Roles
  • Do good practices and develop staffs as planned
  • Standardize sales practice to align with our guidelines
  • Be ownership on company assets and equities
With Customers
  • Plan a trip to work with key customer in area and balancing on relationship to trade
  • Efficient on materials utilization
  • Co working with distributor for Gate meeting in every Monday morning. Provincial meeting required for one time a month

Qualifications/Requirements


Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience in Distributor management best practice is a plus
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Be able to lead team and coaching
  • Have sense of entrepreneurship
  • Result oriented
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Be able to manage change
  • Basic Computer skill i.e. MS office
  • Ability to work in Laos
