System Usage compliance/trainings.
1st line of Support to distributors system.
Manage sales operation executional standards in term of sales expansion & data analysis i.e. Digital Maps, Reporting Tools, Census analysis .
Works on sales productivity improvement through optimize routing.
Execute the coverage expansion plans.
Prepare analytical data for outlet types and coverage to share with management for exploring new opportunities & execution.
Maintain the customer level data gathering process unifying the customer information for Pepsi including coolers information.
Conduct the rerouting efforts and keep route data up to-date.
Coordinate activities done with the third party for data collection.
Provide in depth data analysis reports for retail census data including (competitors, coolers penetration …..).
Training sales team on using different types of systems for information gathering & KPI's Tracking.
Provide monthly routing dashboards showing routing KPI's for Distribution Centers before & after routing across regions to insure maximum benefit out of expansion plans
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic
Skills & Abilities:
A blend between Sales competency & Technical IT skills
GIS systems solutions and business needs with in such systems in addition to (must have) technical systems background including database development ,ARCGIS, Census analysis, reporting engines such as O.L.A.P & data warehousing solutions , knowledge of programming languages (Microsoft dot net) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Analytical Thinking Skills
Private Driving License is a must
