Job Description

Responsible for PepsiCo brands media support – Media strategy, planning and buying

  • Day-to-day communication with marketing teams and agencies.
  • Media strategy development and media planning for PepsiCo brands.
  • Media campaigns supervision and optimizations.
  • Media deals and budget control
  • Marketing teams support – Media guidelines, media market trends, trainings
  • Build x-functional collaboration
  • Deep understanding of PepsiCo business
  • Media reporting – Competitive review, Post campaign analysis, Media audit.
  • Media agency control

Qualifications/Requirements

Who are we looking for:

  • Someone with 5+ years of experience in media planning and 3-4 years in international media group or TOP 20 advertiser (Media planning/Buying/Strategy development). Combination of media and marketing experience would be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate should:
  • have excellent communication and management skills;
  • have strong project management and leadership competencies
  • have selling & negotiation skills to drive projects inside the company (with peers, colleagues, as well as with top management)
  • be proactive, creative and innovative with good strategic thinking and analytical skills;
  • have good English (spoken and written);
  • have Interest in people and technologies;
  • have good computer skills.
  • Result driven, enthusiastic team player, ambitious and game – changer
  • Real problem solver, methodical and systematic in approach, organized and down to earth.
  • Ability to drive the agenda overcoming barriers inside and outside the company to achieve results using formal methods (constructive discussions based on figures and data) and informal (networking, influencing skills, collaborative approach with peers, partners)
  • Excellent communicator, persuasive, able to operate at different levels inside the organization and with Agencies
  • Able to see the big picture as well as drill into detals in case of necessity
  • Solid knowledge of FMCG consumers and FMCG business partners
