Job Description

This role supports the VP of Shopper Marketing for Walmart, Inc.


  • Provide executive administrative support to VP of Shopper Marketing and 3 additional Sen Directors
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, correspondence and presentations
  • Meeting planning, both on-site and off-site, often directly with executive PEP/DX/Customer leadership
  • Provide critical coordination support for manager and coordinate with direct reports (and their administrative support) to enable broader team effectiveness
  • Coordinate travel plans, customer and market/Region visits
  • Work on special projects as needed including off-sites & training events
  • Track and process department invoices
  • Accurate / reconcile monthly T&E, SAP, P-Card
  • Electronic submission and management of agreements and contracts
  • Organize and maintain departmental files and supplies
  • Ongoing management of budget, including issues purchasing orders
  • Assist in on-boarding new team members
  • Organize, maintain and procure office supplies for team
  • Proofreading and editing of documents prepared by others prior to distribution

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, will need to interact with multiple levels of management and leaders (both internally and externally)
  • Outstanding follow-up and listening skills
  • High level of detail orientation
  • Self-motivated, pro-active team player a must
  • Prior experience working with senior executives
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel
  • High degree of Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of PepsiCo Systems (T&E, SAP, Concur)
  • Willingness to learn new software as needed
  • Experience in prioritizing work and managing expectations with senior leaders
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. High school diploma required
  • Two to five (2 – 5) years of experience with senior-level support – preferably at PepsiCo
  • Able to anticipate needs and flexible to change
  • Able to function well in a team environment, display professional maturity and interact with all levels of management
  • Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly
  • Able to work independently with good decision-making skills
  • Able to handle sensitive/confidential information and data appropriately
  • Able to work in a highly ambiguous environment
