Job Description

Responsible for execution and delivery of Primary Dispatch. Responsible for execution of shipments, transfers and replenishment of DC inventories and distribution stocks. Ensuring adequate stock availability for high service-to-sales. Responsible for ensuring accurate loading, shipment, invoice and cost processing for Primary Dispatches. Ensuring operational conditions are in compliance with FSSC 22K, PepsiCo HSE and food Safety and AIB protocols. Responsible for preparation and delivery of successful internal and external HSE, Food Safety and Compliance audits.

  • Lead and operate Finished Goods Shipping Processes
  • Execute, monitor and control Finished Goods dispatches
  • Ensuring safe loading execution and delivery of Finished Goods to distributions
  • Preparing and executing dispatches from Multan GF and onwards
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy in all documents including SAP-based shipping, transfer notes and Inventory receipt
  • Ensuring accurate Stock Transfer Notes (STOs) between Sundar and Multan GF
  • Ensuring accuracy of dispatch and delivery on SLA agreed timelines for all distributions
  • Receipt and handling of Finished Goods production in SAP
  • Ensuring inventory data accuracy, FEFO and freshness maintenance
  • Ensuring stock execution and dispatch as per FEFO
  • Ensuring optimum space utilization of Finished Goods DC and 3rd Party DCs in collaboration with inventory team
  • Minimizing loading and shipment errors
  • Ensuring high OTIF and CSI index
  • Accurate production receiving and troubleshooting
  • Shipments and transfer notes handling & reconciliation
  • Ensuring STO movements, Two Step Transfers, and GRN reconciliation
  • SAP and Barcode reconciliation between Production transfer versus FGWH Receipt
  • Responsible for leading ‘0’ discrepancy between Production and FGWH Stocks
  • Liaison with cross-functional departments for synergy planning and troubleshooting
  • First Point of Contact for all Audits and Reporting
  • Leading the on-ground FGWH team for accurate physical stock count
  • Responsible for accurate data-entry and reconciliation of physical stock during month-end stock takes
  • Assisting FGWH Shift Incharge in inventory, transfers and shipments reporting
  • Leading shift activity and dispatch operations in the absence of FGWH Shift incharge
  • Responsible for minimizing abnormalities and errors due to shipping
  • Leading and implementing Kaziens in conjunction with logistics team for ensuring maximum vehicle loadability
  • Responsible for NM and LW Reporting, resolution of NM and LW pertaining to Finished Goods and ensuring all projects related work, maintenance and engineering related work permits and activities are aligned with HSE and PepsiCo protocols
  • Ensuring Duty roasters, resource planning and minimal abseenteism
  • Ensuring adequate availability of Daily Wagers, Contractual Staff and team for execution and processes
  • Escalating and resolving improvement and opportunity areas in FGWH and any 3rd party Finished Goods Warehouses
  • Ensuring all contractual and daily wages staff follows Safety, Food Safety and HSE protocols
  • Assessing and ensuring safe stock keeping and QAD protocols
  • Ensuring safe environment and vehicle condition for product and human safety
  • Preventive and ad hoc maintenance of Material Handling Equipment
  • Leading and preparing the team to consistently ensure compliance with PepsiCo protocols and 3rd party audits likes FSSC22k and AIBI
  • Ensuring stock accuracy, freshness and availability at 3rd Party DCs as and when required
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate assessment, execution and closure of FGWH related work permits

Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge/Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree/Undergraduate or higher qualification + relevant experience
  • Understanding of all control systems, including ware house applications.
  • Literate in the use of MS Office applications & ERP system
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocol
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience with a high-performing, quick turnaround FMCG environment
