Job Description

Main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Align and execute the annual plan to deliver agreed volume, profit and SOM objectives in FOBO cluster
  • Supportsjoint planning and alignment processes with Bottlers according to AOP and Push/Pull calendars
  • Support Trade Marketing of bottlers with channel-specific programs and P-O-S development
  • Monthly /quarterly budget spent reconciliation
  • Translate Global initiatives into successful local programs within multi-country geography
  • Execute deployment of agreed marketing initiatives, according to marketing calendar, from discussion & development, all the way to communicating it to bottler and agencies
  • Oversee ATL/BTL development and finetunes and approves final media campaign
  • Develop new product launch plans; co-ordinate new product introduction
  • Responsibility for insight and data gathering within category
  • Secure implementation through close cooperation with Bottler mkt / TMK teams/reviews Marketing KPI with Bottler Mktg Team
  • Ensure transfer of best practice tools and international learning’s

Qualifications/Requirements

Expectations:
  • 5 years + marketing experience gained in FMCG global company of which min 2 years in a brand managerial position;
  • Beverages experience
  • Proven results in successfully managing both local and global brands AND brands portfolio;
  • Experience in managing more then 1 market is a plus
  • Experience with business processes: marketing budgeting, conducting marketing and advertising activities; planning of sales, budget control, brand/product launches
  • Strong project management & analytical skills - attention to detail;
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a “can do” atitude
  • Ownership and initiative
  • Strong Negotiation skills and ability to influence others with no direct management responsibility
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment
  • People management skills is considered advantage;
  • Excellent command of the English language
