Job Description

In this role you will support the Gatorade Marketing Team which includes Gatorade and Propel Brand Marketing, Strategy & Insights, PR & Communications, Long Term Innovation/Design and part of Global Marketing.

  • Provide administrative support to two Senior Directors, one Director, one Senior Manager and their teams
  • Provide critical coordination support for manager and coordinate with direct reports (and their administrative support) to enable broader team effectiveness
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel plans for Senior Directors
  • Work on special projects as needed including event planning and agency support
  • Manage monthly travel and expense reports for Senior Directors
  • Ongoing management of budgets, including issuing purchasing orders and managing vendor payments
  • Own on-boarding process for new hires, contractors and interns
  • Procure office supplies and branded premiums for team
  • Manage sample order process for teams
  • Work closely with department Admins to enhance the culture of the business unit

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, strong organization and written communication skills, will need to interact with multiple levels of management and leaders (both internally and externally)
  • Impeccable follow-up and listening skills
  • High level of detail orientation
  • Positive, high energy personality
  • Self-motivated, pro-active team player a must
  • Prior experience working with senior executives
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High degree of Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of PepsiCo Systems (SAP, Concur)
  • Willingness to learn new software as needed
  • Experience in prioritizing work and managing expectations with senior leaders
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. High school diploma required
  • Two to five (2 – 5) years of experience with senior-level support – preferably at PepsiCo
  • Able to anticipate needs and flexible to change
  • Able to function well in a team environment, display professional maturity and interact with all levels of management
  • Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly
  • Able to work independently with good decision-making skills
  • Able to handle sensitive/confidential information and data appropriately
  • Able to work in a highly ambiguous environment
