PepsiCo UK is introducing a new and exciting programme for professionals who are ready to re-enter the workforce. Have you taken a career break and are Ready to Return to work? In an effort to support, engage and advance those who have put a pause in their career we are delighted to launch our 10/12-week paid Ready to Return programme in September 2018 for candidates looking for a fulltime or part-time returnship.
To ease the transition back to work, participants in the programme will receive mentoring and coaching support, training to refresh skills and opportunities to network and learn about working at PepsiCo. The internship may result in further offers to join the PepsiCo family and discover an environment of flexible opportunities. Are you ready?

Ideally you’ll have experience in:
- Category Management
- Customer/Account Management
- A sales background with experience of account ownership, account planning (AOP), and forecasting
- Experience of developing and executing joint business plans
- P&L ownership and understanding, including knowledge of the key business drivers
- Skilled negotiator – ability to conduct multi-faceted negotiations at both tactical and a strategic/contractual level
- Strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Commercial Acumen – Strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda
- Pricing and Promotion strategies
- Channel strategy development
- Project management experience
