A role in Pepsi Lipton is unique opportunity in PepsiCo. It is a joint Venture between Unilever and PepsiCo to manufacture and sell Lipton Ice Tea and operates across the globe. As a company in its own right, the joint Venture has its own board of Directors. Whilst in constant contact with its parent companies, it runs as a separate entity on a day basis.

We have 5 regional organizations operating across North America, Europe, Latin America, Aisa Middle East and North Africa (AMENA) and Greater China and we are constantly breaking new ground with launches into white markets.
Working in the joint venture is one of the few opportunities to work in a small, entrepreneurial company within a large framework of Unilever and PepsiCo. It is a Unique opportunity to work across many areas of the marketing agenda and make a direct impact to the global business.
The role of the business manager is to lead the beverage agenda within assigned area in KSA, managing the top level relationship beverage franchise bottlers defining and developing strategy, negotiating and aligning Pepsi Lipton led initiatives and operating plans.
The role works with partnership with the Franchise Director to ensure that sales growth targets across the AMENA region are met. It will be accountable for top and bottom line results as well as leading the brand building plans for Lipton and managing the relationship between Pepsi Lipton and the bottlers.
Specific duties include:
Develop, in consultation with PepsiCo Regional Leadership and bottlers across the assigned area, an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and identifying key issues and opportunities and the strategies, including:
• Execution of the Pull activities (advertising, consumer promos, sampling and activation)
• The Brand Development will be done by assigned Marketing team.
• Distribution targets and Trade promotions
• Pricing tactics
• Channel strategies with special focus on OP (On Premise) and MT (Modern Trade) channels
Align with PepsiCo Regional Leadership and Bottlers on budgets to implement the marketing plans within the constraints of the AOP financial goals. Own all EBA (Exclusive Beverage Agreement)/EDAs (Exclusive Distribution Agreements) with Bottlers.
Lead the execution of the annual marketing plans, including:
Executing sampling, consumer promotion and activation campaigns
Developing POP (Point of Purchase) material required to suit local channels and customers.
Work with Regional Marketing team to do On Field consumer research and also facilitate the adaptation/dubbing of global/regional TVC copies.
Lead and support the Bottler GTM ( Go to market) team in the execution of the AOP and delivery of key brand & financials goals
Monitor performance against AOP and financial goals, and conduct regular reviews with Bottlers and stakeholders, including preparing required reports, presentations and forecasts, and recommending necessary steps to dynamically manage plans and budgets to deliver the AOP financial goals.
Manage local implementation of operational projects (innovation, packaging changes, etc), and co-ordinate with PepsiCo Technical Operational resource as required.
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 7 years commercial experience in a franchise role or functional sales role
