Job Description

In general You will:

  1. Support and execute brand activation plans and brand communication through:
    • Leading and co-leading consumer promotions and new products developments at Polish market, incl. ATL and BTL development/adaptation, sales activation tools
    • Independent coordination of proper activities required to execute the plan in cooperation with other departments and functions
    • Analyzing data related to brand projects performance (market data, internal data, media information, and other), evaluating them and giving future recommendations
  2. Prepare market and consumer research data analysis related to brand projects to optimize brand’s calendar and support BM in yearly Business reviews
  3. Manage brand’s budget in the frame of each projects to ensure budget compliance
  4. Execute administration processes in line with internal process


The Role requires:

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (ideally in FMCG companies)
  • Very good Project Management skills
  • Strong leadership and analytical thinking
  • Good Collaboration and Communication Skills
  • University degree à Marketing/Management degree is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and MS Office tools
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivation and passion for learning and development
